Prosedur Klaim:

-      Memberikan laporan melalui telepon sebelum 3x24 jam, disusulkan dengan laporan tertulis baik melalui telepon, fax atau email serta melengkapi dokumen pendukung.

-       Lakukan tindakan yang dianggap perlu untuk meminimalisasi kerugian.

-       Berikan kesempatan untuk survei kepada Asuransi.

Dokumen yang Diperlukan:

-       Formulir klaim yang diisi lengkap.

-       Berita Acara Kejadian.

-       Surat Laporan Kepolisian – case-by-case terutama bila ada indikasi perbuatan jahat orang lain/Tertanggung.

-       Foto-Foto Kerusakan secara detail.

-       Rincian kerugian dan estimasi kerugian.

-       Letter of Discharge pada saat pembayaran klaim.
